4.3 Freight Preparation Clients are responsible for ensuring all freight is properly packed, labeled, and prepared for transport. AA&E Hauling reserves the right to refuse any improperly prepared or hazardous freight.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AA&E Hauling, LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our Services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
7. Indemnification
